MainstreamBIO’s final mutual learning workshop will take place in Cork, Ireland, on April 9–10, 2025, bringing a strong close to a successful series of knowledge-sharing events across Europe.
This Cross-Regional Mutual Learning Workshop and Networking Event is set to explore sustainable dairy farming and grassland bioeconomy, welcoming stakeholders from Denmark, Poland, Sweden, Greece and across Ireland. Hosted in collaboration with Munster Technological University, the CircBio Research Group, Farm Zero C and Teagasc Moorepark, the event will highlight Ireland’s leadership in sustainable agricultural practices and open the floor for cross-border dialogue and collaboration.
Farmers, producers, academics, entrepreneurs, industry experts, and policymakers will engage in meaningful discussions on:
- Cross-regional collaboration in the circular bioeconomy
- Cutting-edge research in precision dairy farming and sustainable pasture management
- Real-world practices at Farm Zero C and Teagasc Moorepark
- Innovative technologies reducing emissions and boosting renewable energy use on farms
