Prof. Popov kicked off the workshop by presenting an overview of MainstreamBIO’s vision and objectives. His presentation highlighted the project’s innovative approach to engaging local stakeholders through the multi-actor innovation platform and the multi-actor partnership. A  framework encouraging collaboration across various sectors, ensuring that the project’s activities are grounded in the specific needs and capabilities of the regional bioeconomy ecosystem.
